Shared Zoom Screening of “Townies” Film at Winter Carnival

In 2002, Doris Bardsley persuaded 30 of her fellow Lincolnites, born between 1911 and 1934, to participate in filmed discussions about growing up in Lincoln. The result was “Townies,” produced by Janet Boynton, a charming hour-long cross between oral history and documentary. As part of this year’s Winter Carnival, the Lincoln Historical Society and the Lincoln Town Archives presented a Zoom showing of the film, followed by time for informal chatting with friends and
