Filing Income Taxes


Print any forms you need from the IRS or Mass. DOR, using a public workstation at the library.  



 Filing Assistance

  • AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. Tax-Aide volunteers are trained and IRS-certified every year to make sure they know about and understand the latest changes and additions to the tax code.  (Active late January/early February to April 15 )      Phone: 888-687-2277
  • The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to qualifying individuals. Lincoln residents are served by the South Middlesex Opportunity Council, Inc. (SMOC): 508-620-2311 
  • Mass. Association for Community Action (MASSCAP) offers guidance about free file tax tools: 617-357-6086
