Check back for more information about our Winter Reading Adventure!
On December 16, 1773, a group of American colonists angry over the taxation of tea dumped 342 chest of tea imported by the British East India Company into Boston Harbor as an act of political protest. This act of defiance led to the American Revolution.
This December, celebrate the 250th anniversary of this pivotal event in the country’s history by joining our Boston Tea Party 250 Learning Adventure! Earn badges on a virtual bingo board by completing learning activities and reading books from our book list. To complete the challenge, get bingo by earning three badges in a row. Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered in a drawing to win a special prize!
Challenge runs December 1 – December 31
