Archival collections may be viewed by appointment with the archivist. All archival materials are non-circulating and available for use only in the Historical Room.
The Lincoln Town Archives Historical Room is open during regular library hours. The following materials are available for browsing without the assistance of staff: town reports, street lists, town directories, the Lincoln Review, local history and genealogical resources, and books by Lincoln-based authors.

If you have a research request that cannot be answered using our digital collection, but you are unable to visit us in person, please fill out this Research Request Form as completely and accurately as possible. We will respond to requests in the order that they are submitted.

Archives Donation Inquiry
The purpose of this form is to determine whether what you wish to donate should be added to our collection. Completion of this form does not mean the Lincoln Town Archives agrees to accept the item(s) you wish to donate. We reserve the right to decline your donation at the discretion of the Archivist. If the Lincoln Town Archives does choose to accept your donation, you will be required to fill out a Deed of Gift.
